The way to get there is by running, sliding, and vaulting across rooftops and obstacles. There are a variety of obstacles to overcome:
You can jump over obstacles, but you'll have to be careful not to fall and land on your face.
You can slide under and around obstacles, but you'll have to be careful not to fall into the water or lose your balance.
You can climb up and over obstacles, but you'll have to be careful not to reach the top of the building and find yourself caught by the guard.
