The booking process starts with the Shuttl app, where users have to enter their phone numbers. They will be suggested to choose from a list of available time slots.
After selecting a time slot, the users will have to enter the drop off and pick up locations. The user will be guided through the details of the pickup point, like the time of the next pickup and the distance of the pickup point from the drop off point.
Once the user has entered the information, a confirmation window will appear on the screen. The user can cancel the booking anytime, before the pick up point.
