The gameplay in Ruzzle is very similar to that of games such as Wordament and Word Crack. The premise is that you create words from the jumble of letters by holding down and dragging your finger to form a word using adjoining letters.
There are several game modes in Ruzzle, including the ability to challenge a friend, play a Facebook friend, pick a random opponent or practice on your own (only available in the premium version). It's nice to have this many ways to play, although it would be fun to have a live global leaderboard like Wordament has.
Ruzzle can be played in several different languages, including English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Dutch and Portuguese.
The game screen is attractive, with large letters that are easy to join together into words even for those with very fat fingers. One thing I missed was the ability to rotate the board to help change your perspective, a feature which you find in many of these kind of word games.
Ruzzle is a fun two-player word game, though it doesn't offer anything remarkable in terms of gameplay.
