Each round presents a different robot you have to defeat. You’ll encounter enemies ranging from humanoid machines to mechanical robots. In Mechangelion, you simply have to land successful hits on them and once their health bar depletes, you’ve won the match.
Upgrade to the maximum level
While it’s
easy to understand
the basics of Mechangelion, defeating some levels may get a little
tricky
. Sometimes, you won’t know when to press the
shield block
and
dodge
buttons as your opponent braces themselves before actually attacking. If you miss the timing by even a second, you’ll most likely get hit and sustain damage. Don’t worry, though, as you can always replay levels you’ve lost.
At the same time, trying to land successful attacks is not as easy as it seems too. The buttons need to be dragged for
perfect aim
and you must target the enemy’s
weak spots
to deal the highest amount of damage. These spots get highlighted as you drag the cursor across your opponent’s body, allowing you to locate them quickly.
You’ll get
coins
as you clear each level. These coins can be multiplied by watching
ads
, though you can choose to accept the prize as it is if you’d prefer. You can spend the
in-game currency
on
mystery boxes
that contain armor or weapons with which you can equip your hero. With every box opened, you get to enhance your robot’s skills and damage level.
Fun yet a little challenging
For a combat game that you won’t be able to put down, you should try giving Mechangelion a shot. It doesn’t employ complicated game mechanics that are a pain to learn, but rather lets you get the hang of how it’s played right off the bat. However, don’t get too complacent after clearing the easy first level, as things are just about to get challenging beyond that.
