The portal generates monthly bills for each tenement in the TC/RT database, which can be viewed and downloaded by the Rent Collector (RC) and Estate Manager (EM). The RC can easily make collections against the current month-generated bills and generate receipts for the same.
One of the key features of MBRRB-E-Billing is the unique Consumer Number assigned to each tenant, ensuring accurate identification and tracking. The system also generates unique Bill Numbers and Receipt Numbers for easy reference.
