To plan a
GPDP
with greater efficacy, it is necessary to identify relevant subjects in
the Eleventh Schedule
of
the Indian Constitution
and ensure that all the
State
governments and the PRIs have appropriately identified them in their respective
Panchayat Committees
. Also, it is imperative to ensure that each subject is given sufficient consideration in the
GPDP
.
Gram Sabha must submit a
GPDP
for each subject in an easily understandable and comprehensive format, allowing PRIs to make effective decisions and ensure compliance of the
GPDP
with the GVIP Act, 2006. The Panchayat members can access the people's plan campaign under "people'sSabki Yojana Sabka Vikas".
