Retail customers, on the other hand, have the option to enroll in CanDigital based on their requirements by contacting their home branch. The registration process is simple and involves downloading the CanDigital App and entering the Internet Banking User ID. An access code will be sent to the user's registered mobile number. Users can also choose to enable Face ID for secure and quick access to their accounts without the need for a password. Additionally, users can set a secret question and answer, as well as a 4 to 6-digit PIN for added security.
